Ayala Triangle Gardens

Today, we went to CCP to watch Zsah Zsah Zaturnah ze Musikal.  We were almost late but when we arrived at the parking lot allocated to the theater viewers, we were wondering why it was not full.  There was no queue in the entrance.  What has happened?!?!?

It turned out, the theater house had problems with their power.  And to ensure the safety of their cast, they cancelled the day’s show.  I was a bit of disappointed.

Cancelled Show

Going back all the way to Quezon City without any achievement in our afternoon is a no-no.  So Kat and I decided to finally check out Ayala Triangle Gardens, one of the very few green spots in the busy Makati Central Business District.

The landscape is very good, the plants are lush and well trimmed, maintained to perfection.  It was a good opportunity to do beauty shots.

It was a funny thing though that the guard limits the park goers to sit on top of the stone.  “Ma’am, million po yang bato na yan.  Bawal po umupo jan”

Besides  being a good place for photoshoot, Ayala Triangle Garden is also a dating place and good for exercise for health buffs and a good place for families to come together.  A lot of people are jogging along the pathwalks and children with parents in tow are all over the place for family time.

Ayala Triangle Garden is also a home to a lot of restaurants like Bon Chon Chicken, Wee Name Kee, Amici, Pho 24, Banapple and Momo Café among others.  The area provides an al fresco dining experience with free wifi courtesy of Globe.

End your stressful week with a visit at ATG.  The fresh air, lush greens and great food will surely clear your mind and gear you up for the following week ahead.
