October 31 is Declared a Special Non Working Holiday

Finally! Some good news for travel freaks and non-workaholics like me.  October 31, which falls on a Monday, was declared by Malacañang  a special non-worling holiday.

Proclamation 265, signed by Executive Secretary Paquito Ochoa Jr, gives the opportunity for Filipinos to observe Todos Los Santos, which for some requires thme to go home to thier hometown provinces.

Below is a video I got from gmanews.tv confirming Proclamation 265.
