Barbeque at Grill Queen

It is not the first time that I ate at Grill Queen. As a matter of fact, it is our savior when we can’t think of a place to eat. And everytime I come to Grill Queen at Maginhawa St. branchh, it never fails to satisfy me.

As you enter the establishment, you will be welcomed by a counter filled with skewed chicken parts, pork and a variety of seafoods. The grill is always full ready to give you a treat.

Inside, wooden tables and chairs accommodates customers. There isn’t much decorations and somewhat a dark room with poor lighting. No air condition but only e-fans that make you comfortable in a hot or humid day.

The restaurant shouts self service as the utensils, and bottles of house water are placed at one side ready to be grabbed by the customer.

Grill Queen may lack in flair and luster in their ambiance, they compensate with their barbeque.

I always order a stick of chicken ass and 2 pork barbeque paired with rice.

While my friend got the pork liempo meal.

We added a big boneless bangus.

What I love about their grilled food is the taste. The barbeque sauce used to cook the meat gives the flavor an oomph.

You may eat your barbeque with or without rice. The barbeque is so flavorful, it could be eaten alone. So give yourself a treat whenever you are at Quezon City, dash to Grill Queen at Maginhawa St.

  1. I miss Grill Queen. Service is not exactly commendable but they really do have the best liempo. Best bbq still goes out to the Beach House for me though. :)
